Property search and acquisition service
In this complete service, I shall actively search for a suitable property, I will arrange and be present at the house viewing(s) and I will assist you at each step of the acquisition process.
The fee consists of two parts:
1. The registration fee. The registration fee is 450 euros, payable on signing the terms before I commence the property search.
2. The purchase fee which is payable upon the legal transfer of the property. The purchase fee is 2300 euros plus 10% of the difference between the asking price and purchase price*
The fee for acquisition only is 2300 euros plus 10% on the difference between the asking price and purchase price*
* When the house is purchased at the asking price or higher, the purchase / acquisition only fee is 2300 euros.
All fees mentioned above include VAT.
You only owe the registration fee in advance. After you have signed the contract of sale and the purchase has been fully completed, your final invoice will be made out. The sum due will be added to the total amount handled by the civil law notary. So you do not pay the purchase fee until you are the actual owner of your new property.
