An estate agent deals with houses, of course. But what matters most are the people, my clients. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than a happy and satisfied client. This is what drives me. I just love to go in search of the right match for my clients. And when I succeed, after one or more viewings and sometimes tough negotiations, my day is made!
Independence guaranteed
Els van Weele, property buying agent. I was born and raised in Geldrop, have been living in Eindhoven for the last 25 years and have been active in real estate since 1993. In 1999 I was sworn in at a court as a chartered estate agent and valuation surveyor. With 30 years of local experience in buying and selling properties, I shall be serving only your interests as a buyer. I have no properties for sale, neither in my own name nor any under other "label". This ensures that there is never a conflict of interest. This makes me unique in the Eindhoven area.
I am a member of the NVM
The Dutch Association of Estate Agents, NVM, only accepts as members those who meet its stringent requirements. The NVM is consequently a guarantee of strictly controlled quality and expertise. I deliver the quality that is consistent with this professional organisation. The NVM, moreover, is the only association in the Netherlands that possesses the latest property market information. This information is indispensable to an estate agent.
In addition, I am as a Registered Estate Agent member of the Stichting VastgoedCert.
